Where we operate

Four basins along the Atlantic Margin.

From the Walvis shelf to the North Falkland Basin, our portfolio concentrates exposure across the world's most prospective offshore frontiers.

Guyana exploration acreage — Orinduik · Canje
6.8° N · 58.2° W · Orinduik · Canje

Guyana

Exposure to one of the decade's most prolific exploration provinces. Through the recently announced Eco (Atlantic) transaction, the portfolio gains expanded exposure to the Orinduik Block — site of the Jethro and Joe oil discoveries.

We remain in active discussions with Guyana's Ministry of Natural Resources regarding the continuation of the Canje license, adjacent to multiple Stabroek discoveries.

Namibia exploration acreage — Three Walvis Basin blocks
22.0° S · 14.0° E · Three Walvis Basin blocks

Namibia

Three high-potential offshore blocks in the Walvis Basin, currently the world's most active frontier deepwater play following major discoveries by Shell, TotalEnergies and Galp.

The blocks sit on trend with established source-rock fairways and benefit from a supportive licensing regime and proximity to growing regional infrastructure.

South Africa exploration acreage — Block 3B/4B · partnered with TotalEnergies
34.5° S · 21.5° E · Block 3B/4B · partnered with TotalEnergies

South Africa

Two offshore South Africa blocks including Block 3B/4B, where a fully funded exploration well is pending — a meaningful near-term catalyst for the portfolio.

Operated in partnership with TotalEnergies, the licence offers exposure to multiple Cretaceous play types in a basin de-risked by the Brulpadda and Luiperd discoveries.

Falkland Islands exploration acreage — PL001 · with Navitas Petroleum
51.7° S · 59.0° W · PL001 · with Navitas Petroleum

Falkland Islands

Strategic acreage in the North Falkland Basin, adjacent to the Sea Lion development. In January 2026, a 65% participating interest and operatorship of PL001 was transferred to Navitas Petroleum, with the Falkland Islands Government's approval pending.

The partnership combines Navitas's geological expertise in the basin with potential infrastructure tie-back synergies to Sea Lion — positioning the licence for near-term advancement and value creation.
